- Hands-on learning: actively participate in daily bakery tasks with guidance on either the bread or sweet side. - Growth mindset: open to feedback and willing to learn techniques and processes. - Team contribution: assist in maintaining a positive, communicative, inclusive and ambitious professional workspace. - Safety-first mindset: apply caution when working with equipment and handling food in a production environment. - With approximately 6 months full time training will be able to train the student from no experience to independent baker on either the bread or sweet side.
